Willem Visser is Lecturer and head of the department ‘physical education, sport and mental development’ at the Dutch Police Academy in Apeldoorn; He is also executive Coach for presidents of High Court of Justice; and four times Olympic Coach Judo (1984,1988,1992,1996); He is International lecturer, strategic adviser and executive coach, He has 8th Dan Judo from International Judo Federation.

He has been a guest lecturer at top-level colleges in the Netherlands and other countries.
Willem has been working for over 45 years as an executive for business companies and national & International sport federations.
