Abstract
The growing demand for higher education in the field of e-learning has made quality of distance learning one of the most important global issues which shows serious attention to this matter.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to prioritize the factors affecting the quality of e-learning from the perspective of physical education students.
The research method in the present study is survey in terms of applied purpose, descriptive type and information collection method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, which was developed through library studies and the use of the opinions of five faculty members using the Delphi technique. Delphi panel members were selected by non-probabilistic sampling and a combination of targeted and snowball methods. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed while performing the Delphi method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The statistical population consisted of physical education students of Farhangian University of Isfahan and included 150 people and the statistical sample was selected as a whole. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of data distribution and t-test and Friedman test were used to analyze the data.
By using Delphi method, 6 indicators and 32 components were identified and the results of Friedman test showed that the factors affecting the quality of e-learning from the perspective of physical education students are teacher characteristics, technical characteristics of educational system, educational content, Evaluation and feedback, student characteristics and support, respectively.
The results indicate the importance of the role of the teacher on the quality of e-learning and this shows the need for Managers' special attention to selecting qualified teachers with skills and experience in the field of e-learning and training which is required in this field.
