Abstract
Balanced scorecard model has been expressed as one of the effective methods in evaluating the performance of sports organizations. Determined and evaluated internal processes and aspects of growth and learning.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the executive factors of in-school sports olympiads based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model.
The method of descriptive research is a survey and in terms of purpose is one of the applied research that has been done in the field. The statistical population of this study includes all physical education teachers in Babol (N = 210), of which 132 were selected as a simple random sample based on Morgan table. The Ismaili Moghadam (2015) questionnaire was used to measure the subjects' views. Kalmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) tests, bionomial test, one-sample t-test and Friedman test were used by SPSS23 statistical software.
The results showed that the executive agents of the school sports olympiad had a good performance in all four aspects of the balanced scorecard. In the ranking of the studied factors, the performance of the executive factors of the sports olympiad within the school has been better in the learning dimension, and after that, the financial dimension and internal processes have had a very slight difference. Finally, the performance of the executive agents of the in-school sports olympiad based on the customer dimension has the lowest score.
Finally, the strengths and weaknesses of the executive agents of the in-school sports olympiad in terms of its performance based on the balanced scorecard model, should be monitored and provide optimal and appropriate feedback to the executive process to develop the in-school sports olympiad To take an effective step towards the formulation and implementation of future strategies.
