Explaining the effect of innovation culture on strategic entrepreneurship of experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran

Abstract
Subject, Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of innovation culture on strategic entrepreneurship of experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran
Research method: The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study was all experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (400) that through proportional stratified random sampling, 217 people were selected as the sample. In order to collect data, three standard questionnaires of strategic orientation of Malaysia and Snow (1978) ‌, Sharkhnia et al. In order to analyze the data, factor analysis was used to check the validity, structure of the questionnaire and structural equation modeling with spss24 and Lisrel 8.8 software was used to present the research model.
Results: It shows that the culture of innovation has a positive and significant effect on the strategic entrepreneurship of experts (β = 0.49, T-10 = 10.25). Considering that the coefficient of determination of the relation or R2 is equal to 0.24. This means that 24% of the changes in strategic entrepreneurship can be explained by the culture of innovation.
Results: The results of the research showed that the model had a good fit and all paths (hypotheses) were confirmed with high confidence. The results also showed that organizations should in order to properly use strategic entrepreneurship need an environment and culture that creates a platform for entrepreneurship in the organization. In other words, until there is no proper infrastructure in the organization should not expect strategic entrepreneurship in the organization.
