Abstract
The purpose of this study was The Investigating Relationship between servant leadership with organizational climate with test the role of mediator of creativity of physical education teacher in khoramabad city.
The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teacher of khoramabad (160 people) who were selected as the statistical sample. Library and field methods for collecting data from questionnaires were used in this study. The validity of questionnaires are affirmed by ten professors of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha method which for questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational climate, and creativity are (0.80, 0.79, and 0.83) respectively. For gathering data, three standard questionnaires Servant leadership, organization atmosphere and creativity were used. Research data after collecting by using statistical software LISREL, SPSS at descriptive level (mean, standard deviation, skew and kurtosis) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, structural modeling) were analyzed were analyzed.
Results of Structural equation modeling showed that the direct effect of servant leadership (0/45) and organization atmosphere (0/36) on creativity at the level of 0/001is positive and significant. The direct effect of servant leadership (0/67) on organization atmosphere at level of 0/001 is positive and significant. Indirect effect of servant leadership on organization atmosphere with role of mediator creativity (0/33) at level of 0/001 is positive and significant. The results of the research too show that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and organizational climate of physical education teachers. There is a significant relationship between servant leadership and creativity. There was a significant relationship between organization atmosphere and creativity of physical education teachers. Servant leadership and organizational atmosphere can be the pioneer of creativity for physical education teachers.
