Abstract
Performance evaluation is a process by which measures are taken to evaluate the performance of organizations (public and private) and individuals (managers and employees) and its ultimate goal is to improve and improve performance in terms of performance, effectiveness, accountability and public consent. Coaches evaluate players' behavior and performance to gain diagnostic feedback on their strengths and weaknesses. Performance is a major issue in all organizational analyzes and purpose of this study was to investigate the Indicators Effecting of performance of players of the Iranian national men's volleyball team in international competitions.
The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive method. The C-OAR-SE was used to create questionnaires and identify indicators. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert reviewers using CVR and CVI, and reliability of the tool was determined using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts, coaches and volleyball players of the country, 384 were randomly selected as samples. Regarding the non-normalization of data distribution, SPSS and SMART-PLS (SEM) was used to analyze the data.
46 indicators remained in the final model. Out of 46 final indicators, 9 indicators in the team factor, 9 indicators in the leadership factor, 9 indicators in the individual factor, 8 indicators in the technical factor and 11 indicators in the environmental factor were stand.
Based on the research model, the identified indicators could Explained more than 76 percent of the behavior of the endogenous variable or the performance of the players of the Iranian national men's volleyball team in international competitions.
