Abstract
Badminton is one of the most popular sports in the world. In order to prepare athletes for a wide variety of activities in a given sport, the ability to perform the necessary movements before engaging in the activity is assessed by Functional Movement Screening tests. The aim of this study is Effect of eight weeks of FIFA 11+ shoulder on Functional Movement Screen and quality of life in girl badminton players.
In this quasi-experimental study, 34 badminton players were selected based on the inclusion criteria and then based on initial scores of Functional Movement Screening test in two experimental groups with mean and standard deviation of 13.12 ± 1.86 years, height 159.08 ±2 2.08 cm and weight 55.70±3.53 kg and control with mean and standard deviation of 13.83 ± 2.09 years, height 159.24± 3.07 and weight 54.00 ± 4.66 kg matched.

Before and after training period, the variables of functional movement, static balance, dynamic balance, shoulder rotation strength and quality of life of subjects were evaluated Functional Movement Screen tests, single leg standing Balance, Y Balance, Digital Manual Dynamometer and Peds QL Quality of Life Questionnaire, respectively.

During the training period, both groups performed their specialized exercises, but during the warm-up, the experimental group performed the FIFA 11+ shoulder training program for 8 weeks and 3 sessions per week for 22 to 27 minutes.
Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21 and ANOVA at 95% confidence level (P = 0.05).
Results showed that eight weeks of FIFA 11+ shoulder training program had a significant effect on static balance, dynamic balance, Functional Movement Screen test scores, shoulder rotator muscles strength and quality of life in the experimental group(P= 0.001) but in the control group there was a significant effect Not seen (P > 0.05).
It is therefore recommended that badminton players replace their FIFA 11+ shoulder training program.
