Identification Social Responsibility Sport Sciences Faculties based on Point of View Faculty Members

Abstract
A summary of background and aim: nowadays, organizations in addition to doing their traditional tasks are required to carry out other activities as well as the purpose of these activities is responding to the expectations of society and it is referred to as the social responsibility of the Organization. In this regard, according to today's machine life, sports colleges are the equally mission in addition to their educational and research duties, which provide services at the university level and in society. The aim of this study was to identify social responsibilities of sports sciences faculties from the viewpoint of faculty members.
Methodology: According to the exploratory nature of the subject, this research was conducted with qualitative approach and through deep and semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study were faculty members of Sport sciences faculties of state universities across the country and were used to sampling the purposeful sampling method. Interviews continued until the theoretical saturation stage and identification of all factors (N = 16).
Results: Based on data collected from interviews, social responsibilities of sport science schools were categorized in five main categories and 46 sub categories, which are the main categories in order of priority including public issues, social participation, professional behavior training and citizenship behavior, technology and Are managing social knowledge.
Conclusion: Sport science schools, as the main promoters of sport knowledge and culture in the country, should pay more attention to their social responsibilities, namely the development of a culture of physical, mental, vitality and health of the people. They have important roles to play in promoting these responsibilities and practicing these social responsibilities in the community for their overall growth, which requires the involvement and attention of all stakeholders to this end. Among the professors and faculty members are students and graduates.
