Self-esteem is the belief that one has about one's value and importance The self-esteem of the central system is the meaning that the individual attaches to himself or herself in relation to the world around them, including the belief system of one's attitudes and commitments in life. Physical activity is an activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness, wellness and overall health.
