The effect of aerobic exercise on the basic psychological needs and psychological well - being among young girls

Abstract
Today researchers consider sports as one of the methods of reinforcing psychological parameters development And on the other hand, The satisfaction of organic fundamental needs provides the necessary conditions for development and development, integrity and psychological well - being. The purpose of the present study the effect of aerobic exercise on basic psychological needs and psychological well - being among sixth - grade girl .
This study was semi empirical type with pre - test and post test design with two experimental groups that have been done in field. The statistical population of this study consists of 6th grade secondary students of Tabriz city, which 60 students were selected from sixth - grade girls (60 persons). Then research participants were randomly grouped into two groups of 30 that both were completed pre test and post test (Basic psychological needs) and (Psychological well-being ryff). The aerobics training group did 12 sessions (6 weeks, two sessions per week) While the control group had no sports activity at the same time. To analyze difference between the two groups in the research dependent variables was used to mixed ANOVA in the significance level, 0.05 with SPSS software.
the results showed that there is a significant difference in the satisfaction of basic psychological need and psychological well - being of the empirical group(P=0.0001) there is also a significant difference in all scales of fundamental basic psychological needs(P=0.0001) while there is no significant difference is observed in the fundamental human needs and psychological well - being and psychological well - being in the control group This means that physical activity and exercise have a great impact on satisfying the underlying psychological needs , psychological well - being and mental well - being .Physical activity can satisfy the basic psychological basic needs of adolescent girls and as the energy necessary for active involvement with the environment, nurturing skills, healthy growth, and ultimately the well - being of people.
