Identifying the Deployment Tactics of Strategic Entrepreneurship in Sports Business

Abstract
Strategic entrepreneurship is essential for businesses to succeed in today's competitive world.
The purpose of this study was to identifying the deployment tactics of strategic entrepreneurship in sports business.
The purpose of this study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the nature of the research and how to collect qualitative information (by Grounded Theory) which was conducted through interview. The statistical population of this study included faculty members of the Departments of Entrepreneurship and Physical Education and Sport Sciences (with Entrepreneurship and Business Management Specialty) at public universities across the country, members and lecturers of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Working Group of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran and selected sports entrepreneurs were selected as the study sample theoretically and after 21 interviews, strategies for establishing strategic entrepreneurship in sports businesses were identified. It should be noted that data analysis was performed using three stages of open, axial and selective coding.
Based on the results of the research, strategic entrepreneurship deployment strategies in sports businesses were divided into 10 indicators (Recreation, Networking, Learning, Customer Orientation, Customer Relationship Management, Personality Improvement, Branding Enhancement, Marketing, Team And structuralism) were identified and extracted.
In order to create sustainable value creation and wealth, it is not only reliant on entrepreneurship-related activities or strategic debates, because restricting activities to one domain will enable the entrepreneur to derive only the values and benefits associated with the same domain. Benefit that such practices will only generate short-term wealth, and therefore, in order to thrive in sports-related businesses, employ strategic entrepreneurship deployment strategies to help foster innovation that ultimately leads to competitive advantage.
