Abstract
Today, the development and growth of any society depends on having healthy organizations .Improving Productivity also enables organizations to expand their international competitiveness and improve their Social cooperation.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organization health and Personnel productivity in the staff of the general office of sport and youth in sistan and Baluchestan province.
This study was descriptive- correlation, and from the view Point of objective, it is an applied study. The statistical population of research were included of the personnel of the general office of sport and youth of the sistan and baluchestan province. Statistical sample equaled Statistical population ."Lowe’s Organizational Health Questionnaire and “Hersey and Goldsmiths’ Productivity Questionnaire” are used to collect data. In total ,110 questionnairs were returned to the researcher.The content validity of the questionnaires was approved by sport management experts and reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha . For analysis of data after testing the normality of the data through the use of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the researcher applied single-group t-test and Pearson’s correlation test.
The results showed that the mean of organizational health was 107.64 and the of Productivity was 58.10 and there was a direct and significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational health and the productivity of the personnel(r=0.34,p<0.01).
The results showed that there is a relationship between the dimensions of organizational health and the productivity of the personnel.The whole organizational health of the personnel at sport and youth in sistan and baluchestan province is in normal position and the productivity is in an undesirable level.The results of regression analysis showed that the organizational health can predict 36% of productivity changes .
