System engineering and analysis of the variability of the heart rate in the physiology of sport and health

Abstract
Heart as one of the most sensitive organs of the body has a vital role in life. Up to now, many studies have been carried out on the diagnosis of diseases and analyzing heart rate variability (HRV) using vital signs specially in analyzing HRV of athletes and cardiovascular patients.
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a variety of methods for analyzing the variability of heart rate in order to access the behavioral dynamics of people 's heart.
This article reviews some of these studies and introduces heart rate variability signal analysis methods based on linear and nonlinear analysis based on chaos holistic science and introduces many analytical applications of this critical signal in the field of sports and medicine. Effortless. In addition, the feasibility of predicting myocardial infarction in athletes and normal individuals in future research and assessing the readiness and resilience of individuals to exercise stress induced by exercise activity, using different heart rate variations, have provided different research perspectives.
Identifying the dynamic patterns of athlete's heart rate during exercise, in addition to predicting their stroke in the future, can help physicians in the field of exercise physiology improve their performance and measure their physical and cardiac fatigue.
It seems that in future research , using the proposed applications and methods , the period of prediction of sudden death has increased from four minutes before the occurrence , preventing the occurrence of this mishap in the medical and sports community . also by analyzing the monthly changes of vital signals such as HRV for athletes with different sports fields , it is possible to find out how one athlete has the highest physical and physical fitness in the month of the month , thereby increasing the performance of professional athletes in the sport games .
