The Role of Managers' Behauiour and Organizational Commitment in Productivity of the Employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of West Azarbaijan Province

Each person's behavior is aimed at achieving a goal which, according to his or her belief, will be completely profitable for him or herself. The present research is to investigate the role of managers' behavior in organizational commitment and productivity of staff of the General Department of Sports and Youth of West Azarbaijan. The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the plan is composed of all managers and staff of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. The figure was 355, according to statistics. The population of the population was selected according to the Cochran formula by random sampling of 185. To collect information, Alan & Meyer (1990), Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990), Immunity Staff Questionnaire (2011), Mahdavi Velmasi's (1394) Behavioral Inventory Questionnaire (1394) have been used. Data analysis the hypotheses of the research, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression were used in 21Spss software. The results showed that there is a positive and positive relationship between managers' behavior and organizational commitment and the productivity of employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in West Azarbaijan at 0.01 level. Also, variables of managers' behavior and organizational commitment can predict the productivity of employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in West Azarbaijan.
