Abstract
The value and importance of Amusement- Sports parks as urban green spaces is to the extent that experts have called the cities' breathing lungs.
The purpose of the present study was to Survey of the Customers Satisfaction from the Quality of Services Provided in Tehran's Metropolitan Amusement- Sports Parks.
The research method used in this study was descriptive and survey type and field method was used for data collection. In this study, the target population consisted of all citizens over 15 years of Tehran metropolis. The sample size was based on Cochran's formula of at least 385 people. Cluster-random sampling was distributed among the visitors to Tehran metropolitan parks, from which 960 questionnaires were collected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. Its validity was confirmed by a survey of 8 experts in sport management and the internal reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.95. Data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and binomial distribution using SPSS software (version: 21) at the significant level p≤0.05.
The results showed that the citizens of Tehran metropolitan were dissatisfied with the quality of services provided in the indicators (quality of sport services, quality of services related to safety, quality of recreational services and quality of socio-cultural services), but in the indicators (quality of service) Welfare, quality of health services, quality of services related to security, quality of services provided by staff and quality of services related to environmental characteristics) were satisfied.
Popular desires, motivations and preferences for the use of amusement parks are a decisive factor that can be considered by urban planners and managers, as the size of such spaces in attracting population and providing services to successful citizens. The more they do, the more people will be satisfied.
