Effect of Body balance training on balance and quality of life in older males

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the training course balance the static and dynamic and quality of life of older adults. After determining the level of health and physical activity of body ,40elderly people were divided the two similar experimental groups in Tehran (n = 20) and control group (n = 20) groups. The expermenta group have done a three_week training session for 8 week and during this period the control groups have spent the daily activities and his former.(static blance)(Lak Lak examinitation) Dynamic balance(up&go test of time) quality of life questionnaire (36 sf) were measured before and after the training period. Variance for the normal sample, one-way analysis of variance to compare values between groups before and after intervention. The results showed that significant positive impact on the balance body work out to balnce with open eyes and wind practice balance and significant positive impact on the dynamic balance.in addition the programs scales of intervention below thea average score for quality of life, including physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health, bodily pain, general health perception, vitality and mental health was significantly improved public (P≤0/ 05). In the mean score of social function subscales for emotional problems, there was no significant difference after the exercise intervention program (P≤00Conclusion Based on the results improved an eight-week program Wind balance training intervention on balance and quality of life. The results highlight the role of muscle strength and balance in seniors the activities of daily living. also this finding is combined the importance using of body balance training methods to improve health condition and emphasize for falling prevention in the elderly people.So this app could be useful in improving balance and quality of life for Health-related elderly people and promote successful aging.
